SPARKS NS, is seeking an experienced marketing and communications professional who can plan, oversee, and implement effective marketing campaigns and activities that support the SPARK NS mission of advancing academic discoveries in neuroscience from lab to clinic. As a nonprofit translational science organization, SPARK NS provides funding and support to academic researchers developing therapeutics for neurological disorders. Our marketing and communications focus is on building our brand and expanding our reach among biomedical researchers and other stakeholders in the global drug discovery and development community. The goal for this community is to ensure they know about SPARK NS translational research programs and how our programs can help them successfully navigate the drug development process.
The role will report to the Communications Director and partner with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 10-15 years’ relevant marketing experience. This role is onsite in Menlo Park, California five days per week.
