USAFacts is seeking a Social Media Manager for video to play a lead role on their mission-driven marketing team, helping to make complex government data accessible to all Americans. The Social Media Manager, Video is responsible for leading and executing USAFacts’ social media strategy across all major platforms, with a primary focus on short-form video content including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This role plays a pivotal part in expanding USAFacts’ reach, driving audience engagement, and translating complex government data into compelling, accessible, and nonpartisan social storytelling for broad public audiences—particularly emerging digital communities.
The Social Media Manager, Video will own the social content calendar, create and publish video content, identify trending opportunities, and manage community engagement. This role collaborates closely with Marketing, Product, Design, and Research teams to ensure content is accurate, high-quality, and aligned with USAFacts’ mission to make government data understandable and trusted.
It does not include direct people management.
