Talenton Medical is a Seattle-based, veteran- and women-owned surgical staffing agency delivering highly skilled, reliable, and flexible teams to ambulatory surgery centers. We specialize in perioperative staffing—including PACU, Pre-Op, circulating RNs, and surgical technologists—so your OR always runs smoothly, even when unexpected staffing gaps arise.

We take a boutique approach: every clinician is hand-selected, experienced in the surgical environment, and aligned with your center’s culture. Meet Our Founder

Beth MacLean, BSN, RN brings over 20 years of experience in the surgical field, including extensive work in ASC management, perioperative nursing, and team leadership. Her career began as an Army nurse, where she developed a passion for leadership and supporting both patients and staff. Beth combines operational expertise—from budgeting and compliance to staffing and workflow optimization—with a deep understanding of the human side of healthcare: connecting with patients and supporting clinical teams.

Beth founded Talenton Medical to address the growing need for flexible, reliable, and high-quality surgical staffing in the Seattle area. Her mission is to create a staffing solution that not only meets OR needs but also allows healthcare professionals to balance work and life while delivering compassionate, consistent care.
